- Required Proof: To Process your request, we require photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

4. Processing Your Refund
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
