How to Use

Sambar Powder: Add 1.5–2 tsp to cooked toor dal with tamarind water and vegetables. Simmer until fragrant. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Rasam Powder: Add 1 tsp to tamarind water with tomato and simmer 8–10 minutes. Serve as a soup or mix into rice. Drink hot when you have a cold or cough.
